Hi Rosa,
the main parameter, which is causing losses in the half bridge induction cooker are the conduction losses of the IGBT (Vcesat), but also the IGBT switching losses and the diode conduction losses are playing a role. But compared to the conduction losses of the IGBT they are much smaller.
