Hello,
I want to define FBSOA of IKW30N65WR5 IGBT for the single pulse of 1 usec.
However, there is no Zthj-c information available below the pulse width of 2 usec in Figure 17 of the datasheet.
Please let me know how to know FBSOA in this case.

Many thanks in advance.

Please find the information below;

1. Zthj-c for single short pulse that isn't appeared in DS
In general, Zthj-c for single short pulse that isn't appeared in DS is obtained by
4736.attach
where, Zthj-c1 should be as close as Zthj-c2

Zthjc @2usec is roughly 0.012 °K/W, thereby Zthj-c @1usec would be 0.008°K/W.
4737.attach

2. FBSOA parameters (in case of IKW30N65WR5)
PD=(175-100)/Zth @PW.
Ic @BVces =PD/650V
Vce @Icpuls = PD/90A
