Which dual gate drivers can deliver 5V at 2A continuous on each output? Any of these?

All these can provide 2 A continuous drive current. The 2ED - F2 will not be able to deliver 5 V since the undervoltage lockout of the secondary side is set at 12 V. Hence minimum the recommended output voltage is around 15 V.
2EDF7275F is a 4 V -versions for logic-level MOSFETs and only this driver can deliver 5 V at 2 A continuous on each output.
