XMC4700 debug stops at clock config

I designed a new board with XMC4700.
starting debug session stops always at XMC_SCU_HIB_SetStandbyClockSource(config->fstdby_clksrc);
while (XMC_SCU_GetMirrorStatus() != 0)

Any ideas?

Do you have VBAT pin connected?
