Alternative to the gate driver AUIR3200S
Dear infineon team,
For the development of a heating driver for a battery management system I need a gate driver, which has both an overtemperature shutdown and an overcurrent shutdown.
In your inventory of gate drivers I came across the MOSFET driver AUIR3200S. That would be exactly what I would need just in a little different.
Do you have a low side MOSFET driver with protection and diagnostics in your range, which is automotive certified for controlling an N-channel MOSFET?
Thank you for your response.
Best regards
