Hi,
It seems the path to the JLinkGDBServerCL.exe is missing in your case.
In DAVE4, click on Windows>Preferences and type "segger".
You should see something similar to below picture.
Ensure that the folder contains the Segger software, that can be downloaded from https://www.segger.com/downloads/jlink/JLink_Windows.exe

I followed this recommendation, the initial error that was related to Segger JLINK is gone, but a new error popped out:
Error in services launch sequence
Starting J-Link GDB Server timed out.
Any ideas.
