In XMC we have SysTick register for use.
What is the same thing in Aurix ? i get confused with the user manuel.

You could check out the System Timer module (STM). Should be usable in the same way as the SysTick in XMC

As Markus states the functionality could be the same however the implementation is different. The XMC is a 24-bit down counter however with AURIX it is free running 64-bit counter. With AURIX you can have two compare events, You need to configure your compare value and window (MSTARTx and MSIZEx) and upon every event add the compare value to the current count to get the next event.
