I've tried to claculate these speeds Erase Speed, Program Speeds and my results were as follows and need your confirmation:
For Prgram Flash: Erase Speed = Size/Complete Erase Time= 8MByte/17s= 0.47MB/S
Write Speed= Size/Complete Program Time= 8Mbyte/7.2s=1.11MB/s
For Data Flash: Erase Speed= Size/Complete Erase Time= 768kByte/17s= 45.18kByte/Sec= 0.044MB/S
Write Speed: Burst Size/Data Flash program time per burst=32/(96+4400/100)=32/140=0.22MB/S
So please appreciate your confirmation is my results are right or wrong?

That's right. The erase times are a worst case, assuming cold temperature and very tired flash. The typical (not guaranteed) erase times are much less (e.g., 170 ms instead of 1000 ms).

Erase Speed= Size/Erase Time= 320kByte/8ms=40Mbyte/S
Program Speed=320kByte/3.5ms= 91.43 Mbyte/S
Appreciate your confirmation if this right or wrong?

For the XC2, the sector size is 4K.
So, erase: 4K sector / 8 ms => 500K/sec
Program: 128 byte page / 3.5 ms => 36K/sec

Hello,
Kindly, How can I calculate Erase Speed, Write Speed for TC1791 for both Data Flash, Program Flash? as I found erase Time, Write Time per Page or per sector but I can't find the size of page or sector?
This is the datasheet:
https://www.infineon.com/dgdl/Infineon-TC1791-DS-v01_01-en.pdf?fileId=db3a30433580b3710135afe8eb4756...
Appreciate your fast response

Page size in PFlash is 256 bytes, in DFlash 128 bytes.
The PFlash has 8 sectors with 16K, 1 sector with 128K and all other sectors haven 256K.
Each DFlash has 1 sector.
More information you can find in the user manual of the device:

32linesx48bits=1536bits=0,192kbyte
or you need another information?
Cache memory has nothing to do with flash erase/program time.
