What if the chip TLE987x is locked

When programing the chip TLE987x, the mid4409.attachdle computer got stuck, unplugged JLINK and programmed the chip again, but found it could not burn the chip, as shown in the figure.

If you are using our evalkit TL987x (https://www.infineon.com/cms/en/product/evaluation-boards/tle9879-evalkit/) make sure the board is powered up by an external power supply at the terminals VBAT vs GND.

The connection is all right.After power on, Vbus = 12V,VDDC = 0V, VDDP = 2.7V,VDDEXT = 0V.
Unable to burn.Why is that?

VDDC=0V means that something is wrong. The device microcontroller runs on VDDC=1.5V. Also VDDP=5Vin normal operating conditions.
Are you sure the device integrity is preserved? Do you have a second evalkit to try it on?
