Dear Team,
I am using BTS51202EKAXUMA1 in my project.
In the datasheet electrical characteristics(Section 8.4), input output digital logic values(VIH,VIL ,VOH,VOL) are given for a voltage VS between 8 to 18V.
In my project VS pin powered by an voltage of 24V.
So can I take the same input output digital logic values for VS=24V?
Please clarify the same.
Warm regards,
Monisha OM

Hello Monisha,
Sorry for the delayed response.
This device is developed for the 12V application. The values in table 8.4 guarantee the normal operation voltage only (8V to 18V). However, the switch on/off threshold in table 8.4 will work for 24V as well but is not guaranteed (not tested in production).
