Hi ,
We are using your 16 bit micro controller in our product as below.
SAK- C167CR-LM -GA-T
SAK- C167CR-LM -GA
SAK- C167CR-LM -GA-T-6
SAK- C167CR-LM -HA+
We are aware that this Micro controller is obsolete. However we have done LTB for it. In this we got mixture of parts as below
From documents for errata, we understand that these GA , GA-T etc are design steps.
Pl. elaborate what are differences in these design steps suffix parts? GA , GA-T , GA-T-6 etc.
Is there any document which clarifies this? Pl. share.
Does all these design step suffix parts are functionally same and pin to pin compatible ? with same footprint ?
Can we use these parts as replacement to each other ?
Pl. revert at urgent.
Thanks,
Amod
