Hi,
Can you try to replace the back slashes by forward slashes in the path to the folder including the JLink GDB server?
Can you start the server manually by opening a command line window?
Regards,
Jesus

Hi,Jesus
Thanks for your reply。
Yesterday I‘ve tried many times and finally I solved this problem。
It’s a problem of Jlink driver v6.60c。After I changed the Jlink driver version to v5.12h ,the problem has been solved。
Thanks &Best Regards
Wade
