Hello
irf4905 mosfet is has -20v max gate voltage,and threshold voltage 2-4v
so if u use this mosfet for 30v driving(drain to source voltage), how i can drive?

Hi Yokan,
In order for your to fully turn-on a Pchannel MOSFET, you need the gate voltage to be at least 10V below your source voltage. The -10V Vgs voltage will fully enhance the device and give you the low Rds(on) which is specified on the datasheet.
