XMC1302Q024 power-up and input signals

Dear,

our customer inputs signal to GPIO just after power-up as follows:
rise up VDDP from GND to 5V
wait about 1us
input the pulse (5V, 100Hz, Duty 50%) in P0.12

Is there any concern about electrical damage on P0.12 ?
