AURIX Safety documentation includes a Safety Analysis Summary Report, Safety Manual, and FMEDA spreadsheet. The FMEDA lets you configure which parts of the AURIX are safety relevant to your application, lists the FIT rates for each portion, and lets you specify which hardware and software safety mechanisms your application will use.
