In the used DC link design of the resulting losses (Eon and Eoff) differ from the datasheet values given by Infineon. Why are the losses different?

Thanks for writing us.
The Datasheet Eon and Eoff are calculated at some particular temperature, Gate resistance, DC link voltage and stray inductance of your busbar. If you make your own test setup as per datasheet sheet test condition you will see same losses.
