DAVE TIP of the day: How to change the MCU for a DAVE project?

You can easily change the target MCU device of the active project to another target microcontroller (within the same XMC series) by using "Device Migration" function provided in DAVE v3.1.8.

It is recommended to backup a copy of the project before starting the migration process.

After the migration being successfully finished, code generation and build will be started automatically. If the migration fails it will be reverted back to the original target device.

Similar to the DAVE App migration, a migration report with all migration details will be copied into the project.

Details can be found in DAVE User Manual:
Go to: >Help>Help Contents>DAVE User Manual>App and Device Migration

    I has the same doubt.
I found the answer over the link:

By the way, it is not possible to migrate (for example) from XMC1402 to XMC1302.
