    Primepack IGBT5 and .XT

    Good morning

    What is the maximum allowed thermal interface temperature for 175°C Primepack modules with IGBT5 and .XT.
    In particular for the FF1800R17IP5P.

    Hi, It is possible to use the FF1800R17IP5 power module with unipolar gate voltage (Uge=0V/+15V)? Thanks!

    One more Question regarding IGBT 5 and XT... Could you please elaborate on the advantages of IGBT5/.XT modules compared to modules with standard joining technology?
    Do you have any documentation about this technology?
