Hello All,
I'm using IGCM20F60GA as three phase driver.
in the data sheet is not reported the minimum ON time of this module.
I mean what is the minimum pwm ON time I can apply to the driver without damaging it?

Hi,
As stated in the above comment attachment, the minimum On time of pulse should be 290nsec.

Generally, a too short pulse cannot damage the driver IC, but it will not be propagated to the output (the signal will not be registered).
Some gate driver (including the one in the IGCM20F60GA) have an input filter. This is to ensure that unintended spikes (due to parasitic coupling) are not triggering the gate driver.
In the case of this product, the input filter is around 290 ns (see table at page 10).
