Does Aurix™ TC275 microcontroller support separate pin for standby power supply ?

Hi Lucas,

Not all MCU package of TC275 support separate standby power supply pin .
Separate Standby RAM supply pin is available only in BGA packages . It keeps CPU0 DSPR internal RAM supplied during standby mode . In QFP packages , this pin is bonded to the main VEXT supply rail.
