Hi all,
Is it possible to power the ADC module (VDDM) with 5V and then use different voltage references for the VADC and the DSADC (e.g. Varef2 to 5V and Varef1 to 2.5V respectively)?
Best regards,
Tita

Hi Tita,
Absolutely. It is indeed the idea of having different voltage references for the delta-sigma and the successive approximations analog-to-digital converters. Though, do not forget to connect all the grounds, analog and digital (VSSM, VAGND1, VAGND2 and GND) to the same ground plane.
This applies as well to Aurix™ TC3xx.
