    IGBT test circuit

    I have modelled an IGBT diode pack from Infineon in SABER RD . I want a test circuit to obtain Eon Eoff curve. Can you help me out.

    IGBT test circuit

    I have attached two documents. One explains the double pulse test circuit and the other shows an example on how to simulate the same. This should get you started. Feel free to reach out to local Infineon sales or applications engineer to verify if your simulation results match the actual test results.
