Hi Christine,

tjhe Infineon Memtool 4 (v4.7) Overview page which is included in the memtool documentation (file IMTMemtool.chm included in the help sub folder of the memtool installation folder) reveals the following information:

Infineon Memtool 4 can be used on PC's running Microsoft Windows2000, WindowsXP Pro, Windows Vista or Windows 7. The target is connected to the host PC using DAS Wigler or a standard RS232 port.

I'm using this memtool version successfully on a Win 10 64 bit PC. So Win 10 is also working, although not included in the online help section.

Hi Christine,

Supported operating systems are shown in the release notes of the MemTool.
e.g.
In the MemTool version: 4.8.1 (11.10.2019), the following operating systems are supported.
Microsoft Windows™ Vista
Microsoft Windows™ 7 ( 32-bit (x86) or 64-bit (x64) versions )
Microsoft Windows™ 8.1 ( 32-bit (x86) or 64-bit (x64) versions )
Microsoft Windows™ 10 ( 32-bit (x86) or 64-bit (x64) versions )
Note: You need administrator permissions to install the program.
