I accidentally spun a PCB with 3.3V on the Vddc pins. When I powered it up, the device drew 200mA (PSU current limited...)

Is this part now nuked, core melted, or can I do some surgery, bend the pins up, connect a capacitor... just to get me a few weeks ahead, check other things work while I await my respin.

Facepalm...
Edit, MCU is XMC4100 64 pin 128k LQFP

Bent the vddc pins up with a scalpel. Turned it back on... No extra caps or anything... Measured 1.33v on the bent up pins, thought let's get the segger out...

It seems to be alive?!?3920.attach
