    Dears, where can I find simulation models for infineon1200 V sic modules? thanks in advance!

    Depending on the target/ the level of you simulation, different simulation tools and models apply.


    For the chip used in the modules currently available, you can use the model provided on the website of the discrete Mosfet:
    https://www.infineon.com/cms/en/prod...1/#!simulation

    You have to register and log in as myInfineon user for downloading this.
