You can read about this in the user's manual, have a look at the SAFECON.HBT (Safety Heartbeat Register). The WDTSLCK is related to to the Safety Watchdog.
This bit can be used by software to provide a “heartbeat” indication to an external safety monitoring device. It directly controls the output on the heartbeat ports. WDTxLCK P20.9, P20.8, P20.7 and/or P20.6 (Subject to port configuration).
0B Port drives low (reset value)
1B Port drives high
Writes are only possible when Safety ENDINIT=0

Thank you so much for your answer. Currently, I'm working on the TC3xxx family, specifically TC39. I tried to looking for this functionality on this kind of board, however I haven't. Do you know if this functionality can be configured in this board?

The WDT heartbeat function is no longer available in the TC3xx family. You'll need to toggle a GPIO pin to reproduce the functionality.
