Hello,
I try to set the peripheral of TLE9854 using ConfigWizard V2.
So, I open the default ConfigWizard file(Config.icwp) in example folder.
(example folder was download from pack installer(Keil).)
After set the peripheral, I saved this file(Config.icwp).
And I try open ConfigWizard file(Config.icwp) again. But, it never open again.
I think, there seems to be problem between ConfigWizard V2 and TLE985x.XML. Can you check this problem?
In my case, ConfigWizard version is V2.1.2 and TLE985x_DFP version is V1.1.6 .

did you try to move the Config Wizard file into the ConfigWizard using drag and drop?
