Hi Bernie,
I recommend you take a look at AP32332 available within the MyICP portal. Standby mode is typically used to have AURIX enter (or wake from) a low power consumption mode. This application note will walk you through it.

Hi Bernie,
SCR is an 8-bit microcontroller that can continue to run during the standby mode in order to reduce current consumption until the main core/cores wakes/wake up.
Best regards
Mr. AURIX™

Hello Henk-Piet,
is your mentioned application note still valid? I've searched for it but couldn't find it at MyICP.
Best regards,
Jens

Ok, I guess I found an app note for the SCR, but with a different number, "AP32465 Standby controller and standby mode of AURIX™":
https://myicp.infineon.com/sites/microcontrollers-aurix_customer_doc/Lists/defaultdoclib/AURIX%20TC3...
But thanks anyway for pointing the direction.

The AppNote is valid and available via myicp.
Look in the folder AURIXTC 2xx -> 00 AURIX TC2xx General -> 04 Application Notes
There you will find AURIX_Standby_Power_Mode__AP32332.pdf
To get information about SCR you must check the user manual, the AppNote describe only the power modes.
