can the NC (No Connect) or NC1 marked balls be used for customer PCB routing?
Thanks and regards

Hi Lucas,
In the data sheets, there exist two different types of NC balls:
NC: Not Connected. These pins are reserved for future extensions and shall not be connected externally.
NC1: Not Connected. These pins are not connected on package level and will not be used for future extensions.
According to AP32406, the general rule is, that NC and NC1 must not be connected to any net including power supply or ground connections in the PCB routing.
Best regards
