Hello,

I'm trying to repair a motor driver for an ASKO W6863.
I've replaced the blown LNK304GN which supplies +15.4V to (what I assume is) the low side control supply of the IRDAKO705169,
but the LNK304GN is going into over current protection state when the IRDAKO705169 is connected.

I'm wondering what the expected current draw is for the IRDAKO705169.

Thank you in advance.

Max quiescent IQCC (VCC supply current) is 3.35 mA. IQCC increases during PWM operation by about 20%. It is best to design the power supply to provide at least 5x the operating IQCC. In this case therefore, the max expected draw current would be 3.35 mA x 1.2 x 5 ~= 20 mA.
