Hello,
If I use a single ATOM channel for PWM generation in TC387 microcontroller, can i use it for ADC triggering & external sensor supply as well. Can this single PWM serve these 2 purposes(Port & ADC)? If yes, then how will it be routed from
ATOM to PORT & ADC modules and can I use a normal PWM for sensor & shifted PWM (from the same single PWM waveform) for ADC?
Thanks in advance!

Yes, you can do this. Please have a look in UM vol 2 chapter 26.25.9 and in the UM Appendix TC38X chapter 26.3.9 for connections between GTM and EVADC.
