There seem to bee two different specifications for the INH and IN pins. In the first part of the document there are max ratings of 5.3 volts (See section 4.1.4 in datasheet), and 2 volts in section 5.4.1. Would it be okay to operate these pins at 3.3 volts

The max. Rating of 5.3V (in 4.1.4) is the max. Voltage IN/INH can stand with. The voltages specified in 5.4.1 is the threshold voltage for high level/low level voltage. It means when the voltage at IN/INH is higher than high level voltage it will be recongized as 1. And when the voltage at IN/INH is lower than low level voltage it will be recongizyed as 0. The IN/INH pins are 3.3V compatible as well. Therefore it is okay to operate these pins at 3.3V.
