IFX007T is the industrial version of BTN8982TA. All parameters are specified at 24v instead of 12V. In case you would like to simulate it by using the spice model, you can go to Infineon online simulation tool "Tina". You could simulate the circuit with IFX007T there:

Another alternativ is to download the spice model of BTN8982TA, and simulate it at the voltage level you need.
