Hi,
For TC29x/TC27x/TC26x, there is no hardware dead time module (DTM) in GTM, so the dead time has to be generated through s/w. For TC23x/TC22x/TC21x, dead time can be generated through integrated DTM in GTM. Meanwhile, if using CCU6 for PWM generation, all devices can generate dead time through hardware dead time control.
