For the TC397 silicon that I have used all 12 nodes are FD capable.

Hi,
In the errata sheets the point*MultiCAN_TC.H008 shows information that need to be checked regarding*ISO 11898-1:2015 compatibility.
ISO compatible CAN FD variants have a N at the end like in*SAK-TC234LP-32F200*N*. The information is applied in the Errata Sheet to consider latest changes of the ISO11898
Also a table is provided there showing exactly the nodes with ISO CAN FD supporting nodes (example form TC23x AC):
