I do see more and more solutions based on silicon carbide in the PV space, not so much in other areas. In which applications does SiC make most sense? Anything you recommend in particular?

Generally, SiC will fit for the applications require high voltage and high switching frequency, e.g. SiC MOSFET for EV charge DC/DC stage, SiC diode for solar boost stage...
Also, due to the resistive behavior, the SiC MOSFET also fit for the application where most of time operate at partial load condition, e.g. servo drive...
