This is in regards to 1ED3124MC12H trying to drive IGBT model FZ900R12KP4HOSA1.

All my questions below are in regards to the gate driver.

1. For the IN+ and IN-, I assume that I would need to use a PWM signal to turn on the IGBT? If so, what are the voltage and also the duty cycle percentage parameters for the PWM signal to turn on the IGBT?

2a. IN+ is a non-inverted control signal, and IN- is an inverted control signal. Does this mean IN+ turns ON the IGBT and IN- turns OFF the IGBT?
2b. If yes, does this mean I must send an inverted PWM signal in order to turn off the IGBT after I turned it on?

3. Does IN+ connect to the positive (+) of the PWM module and IN- connect to the negative (-) of the PWM module?

4. Based upon page 8, Figure 6, correct me if I'm wrong but it seems we need 3 voltage supplies?
a. A +3.3V from VCC1 to GND1 (with a 100nF capacitor in-between)
b. A +15V from VCC2 to an independent branch (with a 4 microfarad capacitor in-between)
c. A -8V from the independent branch to VEE2 (with a 4 microfarad capacitor in-between)

5. Is SGND simply the ground for VCC1, separated by a 100nF capacitor? The reason I'm asking is because I've never seen the term "SGND". I'm not sure what the "S" means in "SGND".

I need a usb C power delivery (upto 100W) adapter/power bank design files using this chip CYPD7271-68 QXQ to understand the hardware of this chip. can somebody kindly provide that?

I am using the following eval board and not using RTOS in my project. I am trying to setup an interrupt based systick timer and looking for some information on how to do so since I haven't setup any interrupts yet.

As has been reported elsewhere, I am getting "The given PDL path "C:\Program Files (x86)\Cypress\PDL\3.1.7" is invalid. Unable to find required PDSC file." when I attempt to Generate Application.  I am trying to run the "Hello World" application, i.e. just getting started with PSoC 6.  The path should be valid since I found it via the "Browse" button.  

Can someone advise me how to fix this?

Recently if I open PSoC Designer normally (not as admin) I can open projects but the top file menu ribbon is not available and I can't do any build or debugging.

If I run Designer as admin then the project does not open and I get this error:

has anyone had this problem? Any help is appreciated.

Working on a project based on CY8C4046LQI-T452 reached the stage where we need to think on the production automation and more specifically on the chip programming. For my great disappointment, there seems to be no options to do a CLI programming using the cheaper(KitProg3) option. From what I have read, reached to the following conclusion:

-Modus Toolbox CLI is not suitable as the make/build option is not desired
-PSoC Programmer does not support the target and is not going to
-mtb-programmer does not have CLI option

The last option left is using a J-Link.
Would appreciate you suggestions

      When I  do MTU,  I found a CAN RAM ECC error report, I can not clear this ecc through clear  MTU->MC[MtuIdx].ECCD and FAULTSTS. I think it may clear CAN ECC error first. I want to ask how to clear CAN RAM ECC error?  Look foward your response, thank you.

Are there Application Notes to replace an 4Mbit or similar no longer promoted Sync SRAM with an 18Mbit or higher part?

Does Infineon offer a drop in replacement for CY7C1327G?

I'm looking to use a CY7C1372KV33 in place of a CY7C1327G.

Both parts are TQFP-100 but there are five key signal differences between CY7C1372 and CY7C1327:

Pin number : on CY7C1372 : on CY7C1327

83 : A :  /ADV

84 : A : /ADSP

85 : ADV /LD : /ADSC

87 : /CEN : /BWE

88 : /WE : /GW 

Aside: the CY7C1370 has extra control signals that aren't in either 1372 or 1327.

If available, please point me to a compatibility table or App Note to upgrade SYNC RAM memories.
