Hello,
I am developing a program that executes the XMC Flasher .exe, and programs a board using said flasher.
However, I would like to be able to program/set BMI of multiple boards at the same time by having multiple programmers connected into my PC. If multiple XMC programmers are connected to my PC at once, is there a way to identify, select, and control a specific programmer, perhaps through the programmer's COM port or serial number?
If not possible through XMC Flasher, is there is other software that would accomplish what I'm trying to do?
Thank you,
Alex
Show LessHi,
I'm looking for a circuit design (schematics) using XMC7200D powered by a battery with a current consumption less than 4uA during storage time of the PCB. I did not find any solution to keep the RTC running with very low power consumption so far.
If the Battery is connected to VDD the whole uC is running and consumes way more than desired for an unplugged device.
Immediate help is highly apprechiated.
Thanks!
Show LessHello,
I am using XMC4500 relax kit to program and run MIT Cheetah motor AK80-9. The code is correct enough that the motor shows the green light when but when I try to debug and run the motor doesnot respond correctly. from 20 tries motor might respond once or twice and shows the green light. I have checked the c/c++ settings, motor CAN id.
Am i missing something or what could have gone wrong.
I am using DAVE 4.4.2
The code:
Hello everyone,
I have a Profile as shown below,
I can read and write data to 0x6000 and 0X7000, but cannot read and write data to 0x6010 and 0X7010,
How can I read these values and possibly expand them to 0x6020, 0x6030...
Thank you!!

Show LessHello everyone, recently I'm on the XMC4402 chip, before the XMC1400 series chip in the official website has more routines can be downloaded to watch, I would like to know the XMC4400 series chip there is no similar use of routines, preferably MultiCAN use of routines, thank you very much!

Show LessDear all,
does anybody have practical experience with rust on XMC4xxxx, XMC4400 in particular.
I've noticed several peripheral access crates, however, I'm not sure if anybody is using it practically.
I'm especially wondering how much work it would be to use something like RTIC with this processor.
Kind regards,
Olaf
Show LessHi,
I have a XMC 4700 build on a PCB with a Cortex debugger along with the XMC-LINK. Now I'm trying to flash the XMC.
However, I cannot get a connection with the J-Link Commander and XMC flasher shows the same unsucessful connection attempt in the log.
To verify my setup, I connected the XMC-LINK to a XMC4500 Relax kit (debugger teared off). But I as well cannot get a connection to the chip.
This is the consol output, which then repeats..:
INFO-com.infineon.XMCFlasher.InfoDLLLogCallBack-apply: Device "XMC4500-1024" selected.
INFO-com.infineon.XMCFlasher.InfoDLLLogCallBack-apply: Performing XMC4500 connection sequence.
INFO-com.infineon.XMCFlasher.InfoDLLLogCallBack-apply: TotalIRLen = ?, IRPrint = 0x..000000000000000000000000
INFO-com.infineon.XMCFlasher.InfoDLLLogCallBack-apply: TotalIRLen = ?, IRPrint = 0x..000000000000000000000000
INFO-com.infineon.XMCFlasher.InfoDLLLogCallBack-apply: TotalIRLen = ?, IRPrint = 0x..000000000000000000000000
Do I need to provide external power supply when flashing? Is there anything else I need to watch out?
Thank you already and all the best,
Simon
