Forum: Silicon Carbide (SiC)

Description: Revolution to rely on. Based on Infineon's CoolSiC technology, radically new product designs with best system cost-performance ratio can be realized. CoolSiC MOSFETs first products in 1200 V target photovoltaic inverters, battery charging and energy storage. Different topologies and configurations include 3-level, dual, fourpack, sixpack and booster modules as well as discretes with three or four terminal pins. Featured products: 1200 V CoolSiC MOSFET in Easy 1B and Easy 2B housing and discretes in TO247 with 3 pins and 4 pins
