BFP420H6327 customers have used about 60,000, and one of them is defective and doesn't work. Now the customer is asking us to help analyze the cause of the problem. Is this bad ratio within the normal range? Is there a need for a bad or failure analysis?

I used LTspice software to simulate the circuit and encountered some problems when importing the model document of transistor BFP842ESD. The document did not clearly label the pins, and the pins were represented by numbers. I don't know how to correspond the numbers to the corresponding B C E (Base, collector, emitter).

The other transistor BFR181 I mentioned was also not clearly labeled with pins

 I don't know how to determine the pins corresponding to these numbers, so I can't simulate them

And other models provide clear correspondence between numbers and pin labels B C E

Hi, I'm looking for the datasheet for D1481N65T VF, and the naming regulation of it. What's the meaning of 1481 and VF , could you please help. Thanks a lot.

Infineon has issued the notificaiton of Product / Process Change Notification on 2020-12-18.

The old IR marking should change into new Infineon.

But this IRF3205PBF 22+ marking is still IR marking.

Can you send explain mail for reference?

We use the ESD114U102ELE6327XTMA1 ultra-low capacitance TVS diode on many of our PCB's.  The product status for this diode is "not for new design".  Is Infineon developing a drop-in replacement?  If not, can you recommend a substitute?  Thank you!
