I'm currently working on motor driver wit usage of #MOTIX 6EDL7141 # for gate drivi
Unfortunately I have some concerns about my implementation of the chip or my configuration.
Every time when I enable driving via EN_DRV pin I am getting BUCK_OCP_FAULT. I have measured every voltage and everything seems fine, I don't know if it is normal behaviour or should I be concerned.
I also noticed that driver is getting quite hot while basically doing nothing - 0% PWM. I have tested both 3 and 6 PWM mode and both behave the same. Driver gets up to 55° after couple of minutes doing nothing which I consider quite hot since there is no load.
Could give me some advise what should I look at, and maybe someone has encountered similar behaviour?

Hello,
Please tell me how to use EVAL-1ED38x0DCT.
Even if you connect it to a PC via USB, the click start button will not appear and you will not be able to use it, as shown below.
Is there any solution?

I use 1ED3122MC12HXUMA1 to drive the IMW120R060M1H, but I find that the output of 1ED3122MC12HXUMA1 is not stable, accompanied by frequency jitter, and there is oscillation of about 2V on the rising and falling edges. How can I suppress frequency jitter and oscillation. The waveforms, schematic and layout of PCB are as follows.

Hello,
We are using ICE3PCS01G PFC controller in our application.
As per datasheet BOP pin voltage at input (P-N) 100Vrms should be >1.25V (PWM start to generate). BOP pin voltage is half of 1.25V (around 650mV).
As per attachment let us know what is the use of D4 and how waveform looks at D4,D5 cathode point?

The DC-DC module that supplies power to the driver chip is normal, the IGBT module is F3L200R12W2H3_B11, and the driver chip selected is 1ED020I12-F2 , and The driver circuit is shown in the figure. When the upper voltage is 300v, 9 of the 12 driver chips are bad. After replacing the 9 new driver chip, power on, give the duty cycle, a single measurement of G1 and E1 output signal, (1) three of them only output is -8V, replace the regulator diode (such as: D7) can work normally. After replacing the 9 new driver chip, power on, give the duty cycle, a single measurement of G1 and E1 output signal, (1) three of them only output is -8V, replace the regulator diode (such as: D7) can work normally. (2) but some no output, measured the driver chip's left and right side of the circuit found that the OUT output resistor is broken, some resistors shorted. After re-soldering found that the chip began to get hot, the newly soldered resistors began to blacken. (3) There is also an output of about 1-2V output. May I ask the technician what is the reason for the above three situations? Why -8V is the diode bad. And what is the reason for the hot chip? The hot chip driven by the tube is T2/T3, T6/T7. are the middle IGBT, this is not a bad IGBT, because my DC port voltage in 300v, the middle IGBT voltage withstand value is in 450v, T1/T4 in 1200V.

Can a technician tell me what is the reason for the above three conditions? Why -8v is the diode bad. What is the reason for the hot chip? The tubes driven by the hot chip are T2/T3,T6/T7. they are all intermediate IGBTs, is this a bad IGBT because my DC port voltage is at 300v, the voltage withstand value of the intermediate IGBTs is at 450v, and the T1/T4 is at 1200V.
