Hello together,

I'm new here and stepped into an issue: We want to use the oscillatior monitor for a TC364 and the example in the user manual is to set the lower and upper threshold to +/-10% of fPLL0.

As the back-up clock is used as reference I assume this will fail because the datasheet grants only an accuracy/tolerance of +/-30% of the back-up clock.

So my question: is it necessary to trim the back-up clock, and how is this done?
In my understanding the finetrimming is not possible while runtime, without a trustable reference clock. So this should be an end of line process of the fnished product.

But there is a bit which controls the temperature based dynamic trimming. Does this help to switch on? And if this is recommended, why is it possible to switch on and off - then it should be always on. IMHO it makes only sense to deactivate this if the functionality is broken.

Can someone help with this issue?

I  want to configure my UART module  

TX should happen with 10US that i have configured with GPT ,

RX should happen with Interrupt based. 

same when i tested RX got struck in IfxStm_isDeadLine(inline) function.

I want to know why it is getting strucked

I found all the sample projects are using hard coded pin configuration. 

As an example for "Ethernet_1_KIT_TC397_TFT" project all the pins are hardcoded in files Configuration.h and implementation is in IfxGeth_PinMap.c 

And from IDE seems it is not even shows as configured. 

After manual configuration it became like below 

But all codes are generated in Library directory in mentioned file

Now question is how to use those PIN from program to configure Ethernet for RMII0? Should I need to do it manually reading datasheet? 

Is there anyway that those PINs will be automatically configured and I can use the auto generated code directly?

"Where a watchdog timeout alarm (CPU or safety) is triggered the microcontroller will always reset"

I am learning about recovery timers and so far through my observation this appears to be true. I find the wording in the manual ambiguous however, where the word "ensure" is used in reference to this.

近日，我购买了一块KIT_AURIX_TC397_TFT板子，里面是官方默认的固件， 我看说明书里通过板子的Mini USB连接PC （Windows 10 )，就可以识别到板子，但是我用usb连接后，板子TFT屏幕正常点亮，只有D106 (V_UC)、D104 （SS2）灯亮和P13中的一颗灯在闪烁，但在PC设备管理器里面找不到Infineon JDS DAS COM和Infineon JDS DAS Debug，安装DAS软件也无法识别，这种情况应该怎么处理?

1. We are aware about UCB DBG to lock debug interface using 256 bit Password and unlock it.

2. We would like to know if Aurix TC32LP has the mechanism to lock JTAG permanentely ? Here we may not need to unlock it once locked. May be some kind of bit in registers which triggers permanent locking of JTAG debug interface.

Currently, we are checking out if there is any possibility to permanently lock JTAG.

From user manual, I did understand that to do a JTAG lock with PSW protection we need to update PROCONDBG register, then, after reset, the new values will be applied from UCB_DBG_ORIGIN and UCB_DBG_COPY and JTAG will not be accessible anymore.

This registers, UCB_DBG_ORIGIN and UCB_DBG_COPY, are located at addresses 0xAF402400 and 0xAF403400 for TC32LP.

In PROCONDBG register we are disabling access to JTAG by setting DBGIFLCK to 1. By doing so JTAG will be disabled at next reset.

Currently, we are using UDS services to provide a password and to lock/unlock JTAG access. So, in this way if we accidentally lock it we’ll be able to unlock it.

What we’d like to know if it is possible to lock JTAG interface permanently without any way of unlocking it no matter what way. Is there this kind of possibility to do so?
