I'm not too sure what you really need in order to work with Matlab and USB.
Perhaps you can tell us more details about your setup and how you going to use it.

Hi Jackson,
I'm using his sample code USBD_WINUSB_Example1.zip and when I plug to the computer it initiates the driver "Infinieon WinUSB device" I just read the speed for that driver is 480KBps, is there a way to connect that driver to read the analog data with Matlab?

Hi Andre,
USBD_WINUSB_Example1 running the winUSB protocol to communicated with windows PC.
For Host that is running with winusb.sys driver, it can be connected with XMC4000 device with USBD_WINUSB app.
However, I am not sure if Matlab is using winusb.sys driver.
