Hi,
I bought a new XMC1200 and watched the video posted on your website on the Easy dave LED project. The code was able to build successfully, but as I click on debug, an error pop up saying that I have no emulator connected via USB. However, the XMC1200 is already plugged in and I have lights flashing even without compiling to the XMC.
Kindly Advise

Hi wadevva,
I believe you are referring to the XMC1200 bootkit.
The device on the kit is already pre-programmed, that's why when the power is supplied, the device is running.
The reason the error pop up is because the system couldn't detect the debugger on the bootkit.
Can you check if the jumper is correctly plugged in either 5V or 3.3V?
Can you also check on the J-Link Commander if there is anything detected while the kit is plugged in?

Hi Jackson,
I connected the Bootkit through a Micro Usb connection. After connecting and opening the J-link Commander, it still show the same error " No Emulator connected via USB".

Looks like the on-chip debugger is faulty.
Perhaps you can check with your distributor whether they can replace another one for you or not.
