The clock frequency of XMC1000 internal oscillator (DCO1) drifts when the temperature changes.
With the on-chip temperature sensor on XMC1000, trimming of DCO1 is possible with respect to the temperature changes.
By trimming the DCO1, the clock accuracy will be improved over the temperature range.
However, this function is only available with productive devices as only productive devices included the parameters to allow the implementation of DCO1 trimming.
For detail implementation, please refers to Chapter 2 of Oscillator Handling Device Guide.
