Hi Frank,
There is no particular document to list the different between the devices.
But you can refers to the Errata Sheet to find out what are the different.
If a certain issue found in AA device and fixed in AB, the issue will be listed in AA errata sheet but not in AB Errata Sheet.
Hence, you can find the differences of the devices.
