I inherited a project which uses a quite old version of the GCC toolchain when opening the project I receive the error:
Unable to find the tool chain with name: "ARM CM3-GCC 4.2.1". Select a different tool chain for your workspace.
How do I change the toolchain version of the project? I tried finding this version on the ARM developer project. The oldest version that I could find is 4.6 2012q4. Can someone point me to where to change the project settings or provide a link to the old version of the toolchain?
Show LessDear All,
I use the DAVE ide v4 with the nano library, calling the SPI-MASTER-EnableSlaveSelectSignal() and SPI-MASTER-DisableSlaveSelectSignal() functions cannot raise or lower the CS pin of SPI. However, when sending data through SPI, when using an oscilloscope to check the status of SCL and MOSI pins, they generate waveforms that are normal, but the CS pin remains in a high level state.
Configure this CS pin as an IO port, manually pull up or down the CS pin, but use the BUSY flag in the TBUF register as the completion of sending. When pulling up the CS pin, there will be a situation where there is still one byte that has not been sent, but the CS pin has been pulled up.
What may be the reason why the two API functions generated by calling cannot control the CS pin state; How can I avoid manually raising or lowering the CS pin when there is still one byte of data not sent?
Thanks.
Show LessHello,
Please tell me how to use EVAL-1ED38x0DCT.
Even if you connect it to a PC via USB, the click start button will not appear and you will not be able to use it, as shown below.
Is there any solution?

when i browse i am not able to find the information
Show LessHello Colleagues,
I am looking into designing with the EZ-PD™ CCG7xC most probably the x=D version.
Using a Buck only configuration for the EZ-PD CCG7DC topology, with a variable DC power supply which may change its output voltage and current ( the voltage either higher but not higher than 21Volt or lower) to the EZ-PD CCG7DC at any time. My wish would be that when needed the EZ-PD CCG7DC should renegotiate the PPS values to the sink.
From the Application Note AN238890, it is stated that in page 13, that "The port will shut down if the input voltage drops lower than the output voltage because of the output voltage maintenance."
Can or will there be an automatic renegotiation of the output voltage, with the sink, to reflect the change in input voltage?
Can one write code to renegotiate a new PPS value with sink when this shut down happens?
Any ideas and documentation you have to help are much appreciated.
Thank you.

With the off-state diagnosis function, I want to diagnose before starting the main statement, and after starting the main statement, I want to turn off the off-state diagnosis function and ignore DS-sts.
The user manual also states to disable DS-current and ignore the DS-sts flag.
However, it is not explained how to ignore DS-STS.
Because of DS-STS, the PWM_EN function continues to be automatically turned off.
How can I ignore DS-STS and make PWM_EN function work?

We would like to use Cypress USB-serial windows driver in window 11.
Driver version is 3.13.0.59 or 3.13.0.84 are assumed.
Question
Do both Version (~0.59 and ~0.84 ) support windows 11?
The following URL does not mention windows 11.
